Those are quite the questions! To answer your first; A penguin can never really tell if new/old things may be discovered. Many penguins have heard rumors of Rockhopper Island; some believe it exists, while others don't.

I truly think it all comes down to whether or not you believe it to be real, as a penguin never really knows what might happen next!

To answer your second question; As the beta hats were meant for the beta testers, the beta hats probably won't be coming back.

To answer your third question; It just so happens that Rsnail and Billybob both had helped in the creation of Club Penguin back in 2005!

To go ahead and answer your fourth question; As Billybob is one of the original creators of Club Penguin, it would be odd if he where a kid, I think its safe to assume that Billybob is probably a little older than a kid.

To answer your fifth question; As we aren't able to "Disable" these third party programs, it is the choice of a penguin to use a third party program. Any penguins who use these programs will probably receive a ban for doing so.

To answer your sixth question; Penguins like Rockhopper, Sensei, Aunt Arctic and Gary are not at all "Bots" but rather real players just like you! Each penguin has their own user and owner.

Now, to answer your last question; Since we are not associated with Penguin Chat 3, we are not able to make any comments on this game.
